Something to keep in mind is these chuds hang out in group chats — which then influence the tech industry — all day.
Imagine if progressive causes had that sort of time & resources.

I’m not very technical so is hosting my own PDS on here going to be nightmare fuel?
I also don’t want to make the same mistake as I did with mastodon. When I self hosted on there, it was rubbish because I guess the federation shit wasn’t rigged up right.
Still, I’m keen to give it a go.

I've fought back, sulked and resisted TypeScript for so long, but between @samwho.dev and @leannerenard.co.uk — along with an upcoming post I've just edited by Jordan Seiler — I'm getting closer to getting the point of it to be honest.
